Chef Michael takes us on a tour of Spain with his twist on classic Spanish fare! J.C. Alvarez of Carlos Serres Winery will be in attendance, aiming to entertain and educate on all things Spanish wine!

Senda Verde Godello
Fresh and clean aromas of white flowers, candied orange peel and ripe melon. A full and round body with a bright peach and nectarine flavors on the palate.The finish is velvety with beautiful savory flavors.

 Bocadillo de Calamares-calamar, sofrito, brioche

Senda Verde Albariño
Bright and attractive notes of ripe apricot, citrus green apple and wild flower aromas. This Albariño is fresh and lively. On the palate, the wine is smooth with lush textures of stone fruits and tropical fruits with slight mineral nuances.

Course Two

La Rioja

Credo-Pork belly, grilled peach, frisée

Carlos Serres Tempranillo
Clean, fresh and full of bright cherry and strawberry aromas. Offers the right size and balance, with red plum and red berry flavors touched up by light oak. Mildy toasty and textured on the finish.

Course Three


Pargo a la Sol-red snapper, pommes, smoked paprika

Carlos Serres Rioja Crianza
85% Tempranillo 15% Garnacha Sourced mostly from our estate vineyard and the balance from a group of premium growers around Haro. Aged for 14 months in oak barrels.

Paella Canelons-shellfish, chorizo, prosciutto, saffron

Carlo Serres Rioja Reserva
90% Tempranillo 10% Graciano All of the grapes for this special aged wine come from our 60-hectare estate vineyard (Finca El Estanque). Aged for 24 months in oak barrels.

Crema Catalana-vanilla, cinnamon, citrus
