Scallop crudo – citrus, pomegranate, cucumber, micro greens
Rabbit terrine – heirloom carrots, celery root, fennel, preserved Lemmon
Intermezzo, prosecco, blue berry, lemon
Rack of lamb – salsa verde, romancesco, purple potato, shiitake
Mint basil ice cream – berries, almond nougatine crisp
Delectable wines will be artfully selected by Bill Barefoot of Grand Cru Wines to compliment each course. Cost is $65 per guest, festivities begin at 7pm.
