Celebrate Mardi Gras with our Five Course Wine Dinner inspired by flavors of the season:

Course 1 – Jambalaya croquettes, Cajun red pepper remoulade

Course 2 – Shrimp, polenta cake, red eye gravy

Course 3 – Crawfish etouffe, creole rice, flour tuile

Course 4 – Wild boar, potato gnocchi, spicy pickled okra, au jus

Course 5 – Chicory panna cotta, praline crumble, beignets

Delectable wines will be artfully selected by Bill Barefoot of Grand Cru Wines to compliment each course. Cost is $65 per guest, festivities begin at 7pm.
