Pickled shrimp, lemon, fennel, fresno chile
Winter greens, port poached pears, hazelnuts, Armagnac soaked cherries

Course 3

Seared halibut, creamed leeks, root vegetable chips
Oscar filet, lump crab, asparagus, bearnaise

Course 4

Salted caramel chocolate mousse
Cheese course, holiday jam, fennel Parmesan shortbread    

Price is per guest is $75 with an optional up charge of $20 if guests wish to pair wine with each course.
