Join Us On Monday, November 24, 2014 For A Specially Prepared Five Course Dinner Inspired by the Magnificent City of Lyon, Home to the World's Most Discerning Gourmands.

The third largest city in France, Lyon boasts a reputation for its sophisticated gourmet cuisine. Located in eastern central France, Lyon is surrounded by some of the world's most well reputed vineyards and produce sources.

Top farms yield prime meats or vegetables of unique and superior quality, and the area is also home to France's most famous chef of traditional French cuisine, Paul Bocuse. A culture and history of fine food quality, flavor, presentation and method is celebrated and perpetuated through Lyon's restaurants and its dwellers who appreciate the art of thoughtful food preparation.

Our Lyon inspired Menu will include:

  • Roasted quail with a grape cognac sauce

  • Walleye quennelles

  • Lamb lyonnaise 

  • Chocolate pear crepes

Delicious regional French wines will be selected to enhance each course. Those who have a discerning palate and appreciation for fine food quality and thoughtful preparation will enjoy this French feast. 

Cost is $60 per guest, festivities begin at 7:00pm.
