Tartine Bistro opened in July of 2008 with the intention of providing a little slice of Paris in the heart of Rocky River. Since then, our little cheese and wine bar has grown to incorporate a full kitchen under the supervision of
Executive Chef David Birge.
Alongside Chef David, Sarah Migal is our General Manager. Beginning as our GM in July 2020, Migal has already made waves in our little bistro. With experience managing for the Flying Fig as well as Spice Kitchen + Bar, she brings fresh and creative ideas and led the charge on Café Tartine, a pop-up breakfast spot within Tartine during 2020! Along with her years of experience, Sarah Migal has also welcomed some new faces to our team including our Front of House Manager, Jasmine Andaya, and Assistant Event Director, Thomasin Boyarko.
