Enjoy these 5 Courses:

  1. Heirloom tomato consommé – cherry tomato, basil "caviar,"pane

  2. Scallop crudo – citrus, pomegranate, cucumber, micro greens

  3. Rabbit terrine – heirloom carrots, celery root, fennel, preserved Lemmon
    Intermezzo, prosecco, blue berry, lemon 

  4. Rack of lamb – salsa verde, romancesco, purple potato, shiitake

  5. Mint basil ice cream – berries, almond nougatine crisp

Delectable wines will be artfully selected by Bill Barefoot of Grand Cru Wines to compliment each course. Cost is $65 per guest, festivities begin at 7pm.
