Each course will be paired with the season's most distinctive Belgian brews. Celebrate this season with delectable dishes and beers to bring out the holiday spirit!

Course 3 Pork tenderloin "schnitzel" served with a brussels sprouts and apple salad finish with a caper lemon vinaigrette. Corsendonk Christmas Ale, a spiced Belgian dark ale will be paired with this dish.

Course 4 Mustard braised chicken thighs served with a celery root puree paired with St. Bernardus Christmas Ale, a Belgian abbey ale characterized by its deep, dark color with a creamy thick head. This ale contains a full, velvety mouthful and a fruity nose.
